About Us

DCM Landscaping has been a family owned and operated business since 1991. Our work has been featured in various magazines including Western Builder, Log Home Living 2010 Buyers Guide, and many others including a May 2010 edition of Log Home Living.

We are a member of the Central Wisconsin Homebuilders Association. We also donate for causes like Children’s Miracle Network. We train our staff to use proven techniques, combined with their years of experience. We are registered to work for the federal Government, and have worked for many municipalities. We have worked with Land and Water conservation on many projects. We worked on displays at Menards in Plover in 2009. We recycle our tree debris, along with soil and leaves for compost.

We are a dealer for County Materials, Wausa Tile, Midwest block, Rockwood, Agrecol, Enviroloc bags, and Allen Dock. DCM is committed to giving you honesty, quality, a fair price, and a beautiful landscape to enjoy for years.

Dan Irwin is the owner and founder of DCM landscaping he has been operating equipment for over 40 years. Dan and his father owned an excavating business in the early 70’s which makes him an expert in grade work, including installing driveways and doing lawn work. He is firewise certified through the DNR. Dan specializes in rip rap sea walls and doing whatever possible to improve and sustain customers’ shorelines

Cheryl Irwin is the office manager and part owner of DCM. She worked 4 years at the Arrowhead Golf Course doing lawn maintenance, seeding, and taking care of plants and shrubs. She started at DCM working on the crew which gives her the knowledge to answer various questions and give fair and competitive bids.

Mike Irwin is the head designer at DCM. He has been doing designs for 15 years, everything from complex water features to simple mulch areas. He had training from a landscape Architect for five years, and other experienced designers. He completed classes through Reinders for low voltage lighting and water features. Mike is firewise certified through the DNR and serves on the Central Wisconsin Homeshow Committee. He is always on the crew in order to answer any questions customers may have. He is knowledgeable in animal resistant plants and shrubs that are also low maintenance. Mike listens to the needs of customers and offers a variety of creative and affordable ideas.

Amanda Irwin started with DCM landscaping spring of 2006. Prior to working for DCM she worked on the grounds crew at Brynwood Country Club in Milwaukee for 5 years. She now works in the office on mowing and fertilizing schedules. Amanda has also completed classes through Reinders for low voltage lighting and water features. She has also spent many hours with the crew, on the job site, which enables her to answer various questions customers may have.
